What's Next?
We've been landlubbers for a year now, and Bob and I are ready to hit the waterways again. Soon after the Fall Rendezvous at Joe Wheeler State Park in October 2008, we plan to head south toward the Keys on Second Wind. We are thrilled to know that we will be on the water again in the company of other Loopers. This time we will take our own advice and have NO SCHEDULE! We may even make it over to the Bahamas. We'll see. All of it promises to be great fun.
During this past year, our Great Loop adventure was never far from our minds. We have relived it several times by giving presentations to different groups. But even better, we've experienced the joy of hooking up with dear Looper friends on land. Such fun we've had! Stay tuned; there's more to come.
